Where do the tours go and how long are they?
We at Anaheim Helicopters offer 4 Tours over Orange County. The Orange tour takes you by the coast down to Newport Bay past Huntingdon Beach and Seal beach and then back near the Anaheim Stadium. The Coastal tour takes you along the coast past the historical Queen Mary and the United States largest port, the Port of Los Angeles. The Grand Tour combines the enjoyment of the Orange Tour and the beauty of the Queen Mary Tour.
Tours are either 20, 30 or 60 min.
What are your hours of operation?
Flying Times: 10am - 8pm 7 days a week.
Reservation Times: 9am - 9pm 7 days a week

Is a reservation needed
Yes, all flights require a reservation. Phone 1-714-414-9956 for the reservation and one of our representatives will aid you in booking the flight time that is most suitable for you.

Is it necessary that I call to check my reservation status on the day of my flight if the weather looks bad?
Yes, it is a good idea to check with us before your flight if the weather looks bad.
What happens if my flight is cancelled due to weather?
All flights are affected by the weather. If the clouds are too low, there is extreme heat or high winds a tour may well need to be cancelled. Anaheim Helicopters will do utmost to schedule your tour for another date and time. If an agreed upon date and time for your tour can not be found and you bought your tour through us, we will refund you in full. If however, your tour was purchased through a 3rd party or affiliate you will need to contact them directly to discuss refund options.
What will happen if I need to rearrange or cancel my scheduled time?
Anaheim Helicopters will happily accommodate changes to the date or time of your tour that maybe necessary. Please phone within three hours of your arranged tour to avoid any charges. All cancellations before 24 hours are subjected to a $15 cancellation fee per person. Under 24 hours a 25% charge is applied. Less then 12 hours a 50% charge will be applied. 5 hours or less or a "no show" the tour will be charged at full rate. See our full Cancellation/Change Policy below.
